Katie CapesHome Manager
Katie is a registered nurse who has also been a home manager, and latterly was responsible at a regional level for quality and compliance within care homes operated by Four Seasons. Having joined Springfield Healthcare in August 2017, she is bringing her experience of trouble shooting and achieving high standards within the CQC framework to Springfield.

Marilyn PrestonWellbeing & Activities Co-Ordinator
Marilyn, is a qualified fitness instructor for the over sixties, who heads the wellbeing team in Ilkley. She particularly has a passion for working with victims of Stroke and Dementia and loves the challenge of developing innovative activity ideas for her extremely competent and enthusiastic team.
Nikki Lee-ClarkeHead of Specialist Services
Nikki, with her degree qualification and experience in supported education, provides specialist support principally to our working age adults with disabilities or life limiting illnesses, helping them to live lives as independently as possible. She liaises with relatives, healthcare professionals and specialist organisations as well as the legal community responsible for handling trusts in order to ensure that every possible care need is met.
Julie DickinsonMedications Manager
Julie is a qualified pharmacy technician who has joined Springfield from Four Seasons where she was responsible for producing and supporting standard operating procedures relating to medications across the group. Within this role she liaised with practice managers, GPs and service providers in addition to training staff to meet and exceed best practice across all areas of medication. Prior to that, Julie spent many years with the NHS as a team leader and link trainer for York NHS inpatient Pharmacy for many years
